Top 3 Fitness Challenges

1. Dodecahedron Challenge

Roll the dice and complete whatever the exercise is that it lands on. Repeat it 12 times to get a good full body workout.


2. 20/10 Challenge

Pick two exercises, one that targets your lower body and one that targets your upper body. Do the lower body exercise for 20 reps then the upper body exercise for 10 reps. Repeat for 5 rounds.


Example: 20 air squats / 10 pushups


3. Mystery Challenge

Have 3 bowls; one for the muscle you'll be targeting, one for equipment, one for number of reps. Pull one from each bowl to get the exercise, style and number of reps. Repeat 12 times to get a mysterious workout.


Example: Bicep using dumbbells for 10 reps
