Longevity is the key to living your best life, but a lot of people may ask how do you boost your longevity? I am here to tell you that it is pretty simple.
Incorporate at least 20 minutes of activity a day.
Ex: exercising, walk or run, swimming, etc.
Be outside for 30 minutes to a hour. Take in the fresh air and sunlight to boost your immune system.
Have a good healthy diet that incorporates the proper nutrition your body needs to function.
Do mobility stretches and exercises to improve your range of motion in the mornings and evenings.
